Brand Deal Negotiation
Someone Has to Negotiate. Let an Attorney Do It.
Most brands don't send their best offer first. They send an offer they expect you to negotiate. Most influencers either accept it as-is because countering feels awkward, or miss lopsided terms because nobody ever showed them what to look for. I handle the back-and-forth directly, so you skip the uncomfortable conversation and the guesswork about what's worth fighting for.
This is best for ambassador deals, multi-post campaigns, or anything involving usage rights or exclusivity.
$1,100
*Includes up to 3 rounds of back-and-forth with the brand. A round is one proposal to the brand and their response. Additional rounds are $150 each, and only with your approval.
Share the current offer, the contract if you have one, and what you're hoping to get out of the negotiation.
I identify what's actually worth negotiating, and what's realistic to ask for given the deal. You'll have it within 3 business days of when you sign my engagement agreement.
I handle the back-and-forth with the brand or their team, so you're not going back and forth on your own deal. I keep you posted as the terms move, with no legal jargon.
Once we land on terms you're happy with, I hand off the finalized contract, ready for you to sign.
Common Questions
It's your game plan before I ever contact the brand. I read the offer and weigh it against what you told me you want. Then I send you a short written summary. It covers what's worth negotiating, what's realistic to ask for, where to hold firm, where to give, and how I'd open. You approve the plan before I reach out to anyone.
You'll have it within 3 business days of when you sign my engagement agreement. It focuses on the business terms of the deal. A full clause-by-clause markup of the contract is Contract Review, a separate service.
Yes, and that's a good thing, not a bad one. I negotiate directly with the brand or their team on your behalf, and knowing they're dealing with someone who understands what a fair deal looks like tends to work in your favor, not against you.
Not every brand negotiates, and that's useful information too. If a brand refuses reasonable terms, I'll tell you honestly whether the deal is still worth taking as-is, or whether it's one to walk away from.
This is specifically for deals already on the table, an actual offer or draft contract from a brand. If you don't have an offer yet and want your own agreement ready to send when you pitch brands, that's Custom Brand Agreements instead.
